He Zhengcai (3rd R) and his family move their personal belongings to the new house in Quandu community in Shiqian County, southwest China's Guizhou Province, Feb. 20, 2019. He Zhengcai and his family once lived in Luxi Village in Shiqian County which is located in the mountains with scarce farmland and inconvenient traffic.
