PHNOM PENH, Sept. 21 (Xinhua) -- A business forum between Cambodia and Panzhou city, China's Guizhou Province was held here Friday, aiming at promoting ties in economy, trade, investment and tourism, officials said.

The half-day event was attended by approximately 100 Cambodian and Chinese officials and business people.

At the forum, a short promotional film featuring Panzhou city's basic conditions, tourist attractions, and business potential, was screened.

Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy to Cambodia Li An said China is a leading trading partner of Cambodia.

Cambodian Commerce Ministry Secretary of State Chhuon Dara presented to the forum the country's investment climate.

"I believe that this forum will contribute further to enhancing economics, trade, investment, and tourism between Cambodia and Panzhou city," Dara said.
