Photo taken on Dec.19, 2017 shows a railway station attached to Qinzhou port in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. By making full use of its geographical location and the potential of coastlines and border areas, Guangxi capitalized on its advantages and played a bigger role in the Belt and Road Initiative.
